Seven days in Havana launches seven points of view of seven different situations of contemporary life in Havana through the perspectives and artistic interests of seven different and recognized directors, six foreigners and one Cuban: Juan Carlos Tabio, Laurent Cantet, Pablo Trapero, Elia Suleiman, Benicio del Toro, Gaspar Noe and Julio Medem. Each short fiction will tell one day of the week, through daily and extraordinary events that happen to different characters. Away from the tourist clichés, this movie wants to show the eclectic soul of the city going all over its neighbourhoods, showing their different environments, through different generations and cultures in a touching and comic way.
